"I was born in Pennsylvania, spending a lot of my youth in Vermont and Alaska. Moved to Seattle in 1982 and began working on Puget Sound in 1985. I started with People For Puget Sound in 1991, taking off a few years and returning in 2004. My favorite Puget Sound place is where I live, on Zangle Cove in South Sound, where I watch the Sound change every day. The part of my job I love is meeting ordinary citizens who care about Puget Sound and who are giving their time and energy toward trying to save it.”
